You + BDD: It's the perfect collaboration.
1. Play
Timeline: As long or as little as you want. Optional step, but way too fun to skip!
- Run your budget through the Quotamatic to see how to get the best bang for your buck.
- Check out the Blueprint Machine options, visually putting together design possibilities that speak to you.
- Order the Swatches and Sample pack to see and feel the colors and paper choices in person.
2. Prepare
- Finalize your invite count.
- Finalize the pieces to include in your set.
- Finalize your wording.
3. Place Order & Pay Desposit
- Use the Blueprint Machine to find your perfect, final design combination.
- When you are ready, click the "Place order of this design" button.
- The order form will open, where you can input your quantity, paper choice, wording, and insert specifications.
- Upon submitting the order form, you can pay the $200 deposit online, or mail us a check.
4. Design
Timeline: Up to 2 weeks to initial designs. If rush processing selected, ready in 3-5 days.
- We will work from your specifications to create your invitation suite.
- We will put the design proofs in your personal client workspace in our online gallery.
- We'll generate an initial invoice for the options you selected and email to you when your designs are ready.
5. Review & Refine
Timeline: Up to you
- Check out your proofs online using the provided user and password.
- Look over the invoice to be sure it is correct.
- Submit any requested changes to us via email and we will make and place updated proofs in gallery.
6. Proof Sign Off
- Once they are perfect, sign off on the designs as ready to go.
7. Final Payment
- You pay the balance of your invoice online or by check.
8. Printing
Timeline: Up to 3 weeks
- As soon as we receive your final payment, we will prepare your invitation pieces for printing, and send them to our friendly local printer for professional printing.
9. Services (if applicable)
Timeline: 1 week and up depending on services
- Once the invites are printed and cut and back to us, we will take care of any services you requested, such as assembly or stuffing.
10. Shipping
- We currently ship to US residents using USPS.
- Our flat fee shipping gets your invites to your door anywhere in the US, or if you are local to Northern Kentucky, you are welcome to pick up from our studio to save that cost!
11. Smile
- Your invites are in your hands, ready to go!
