We want you to be happy! If something you purchased from our online shop isn't quite what you thought it would be, let us know. We will accept returns of any unopened merchandise in its original packaging (if applicable), no questions asked, for thirty days after the original shipping date. Just follow these steps.

1. Make note of your order number and then drop us a note via our contact form to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item.
2. Drop the item(s) in the mail to the address we provide you.
3. For exchanges, we will send the replacement item as soon as we receive your return. For refunds, you can expect the money to be processed and back in your account within four weeks. (Often sooner!)
